The audio isn't playing.Check your device volume, ensure silent mode is off, and confirm you have a stable internet connection. If you're using Bluetooth headphones, make sure they are connected before starting Practice Mode.
I'm not receiving notifications.On iOS, go to Settings › Notifications › Claim It and enable alerts. On Android, open App Info › Notifications and allow reminders. You can also adjust timing inside Claim It settings.
The app feels slow or stuck on loading.Force close the app, reopen, and confirm you're running the latest version. If the issue continues, please send us a note with details so we can investigate.
